• Objective of Department – 

1. To provide under graduate teaching and develop human resource in Agriculture
2. To develop appropriate crop production technologies for enhancing the production and productivity of major cropping systems on a sustainable basis
3. To carry out field demonstrations of different crops and its varieties useful to study the crop growth characteristics, weather parameters, soil characteristics to the students.
4. Conservation and utilization of college facilities for the welfare of the students.
5. To impart experiential learning in Agronomy to the students
