- Objective of Department –
- To educate the students regarding plant pathological world; Historological aspects, Causes, Symptomatology, Etiology, Epidemiology, and Disease cycle etc.
- To acquaint students about plants and its illness.
- To train the students about plant diseases identification
- To demonstrate in- lab and on-farm experiments.
- To make students competent in such a way that they can apply and recommend Integrated Disease Management (IDM).
- To give hands on training to make them successful entrepreneurs in Mushroom Cultivation Technologies and Bio-fertilizers, Bio-control Agents and Biopesticides businesses.
